John Greene grew up in Craigville during his summers as a young boy and presently owns a summer home there, where he and his family vacation from May through September. He can be spotted many a day set up with easel and pastels under his large oak tree in the front yard.

 

John paints prolifically, and is especially fond of many idyllic scenes found throughout the Village of Craigville and Cape Cod in general.

 

Be it the CBA Beach Club, The Manor House, Red Lily Pond, Lake Elizabeth, The Centerville Inlet River, or The Bluff, John finds subject matter, that match to his colorist and sun filled style.
